Timothy F. Ryan joined the Financial Accounting Foundation (FAF) Board of Trustees on January 1, 2020.  His term concludes on December 31, 2024.
 
Mr. Ryan is U.S. chair and senior partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). In that capacity, Mr. Ryan serves as the chair of PwC’s U.S. Board of Partners and Principals and is a member of the Network Leadership Team (NLT), which includes the senior partners from the network’s four largest territories. He also serves as Asia Pacific Americas (APA) Leader and oversees the execution of the network strategy in that region.
 
Tim is a member of the Board of Trustees of The Brookings Institution, and serves as a member of the Governing Board at the Center for Audit Quality (CAQ) and The Partnership for New York City. He is also a member of Feeding America’s Food Security Council and is a co-founder of CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion. Tim has previously served on the Board of Trustees for the Securities and Exchange Commission Historical Society and the Children’s Aid Society. 
 
Mr. Ryan is a CPA in Massachusetts and New York and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPAs). He attended Babson College, graduating with a B.S. in Accounting and Communications in 1988.
